FORT MILL SCHOOL DISTRICT

Since 1999 the LMG team spearheaded eight (8) major building programs for Fort Mill School District 4 that totaled approximately $907 million of new schools and additions in the district. In addition, the team developed and preformed eight updates to the Long-Range Facility Needs Plan for the district. Phase I consisted of $48.3  million of construction which included three elementary schools and the conversion of two other facilities; Phase II consisted of $10 million and involved additions at  two middles schools, one elementary school, and the renovation of the District Office. Phase III totaled $62.55  million and included a new High School and a New  Middle school. Phase IV included two new schools totaling  $70.3 million. Phase V includes two elementary schools,  one middle school, one high school football stadium,  $95.3 million. Phase VI included $226 million for a middle  school, high school, and two middle schools. Phase VII  totaled $190 million and included two elementary schools  and a middle school. The latest 2024 rederedum is $204  million and incudes New Middle School, Early Childhood Development Center, Land Acquisition and large renovation projects to existing facilities
