Program Director for $116 million capital improvement plan that completed in the Summer of 2020. Projects included a new government center, a new family courthouse, a recycling center, additions and renovations to public works facilities and the Moss Justice Center in York, SC, and renovations to two magistrate buildings as well as the Heckle Complex buildings in Rock Hill, SC
